I am an industrial hygienist (IH), currently President and CEO of GKO Environmental Health Services, LLC, providing health and safety research and consulting. I help to better understand the amount and extent of exposure to workplace stressors that may affect health. Chemical exposures in the workplace environment has been the primary focus of my studies and assignments, although I am familiar with other stressors. I am from New York and went to school there. I have spent most of my professional career with the City of New York and the United States Navy.
I examine how the work environment may affect the range of chemical exposures for groups of workers based on their jobs. I can discuss workplace exposures based on formal training in industrial hygiene, sampling, and exposure modeling.
