The AIHA Copyright Guidance Document helps those who create content for AIHA-including published articles, webinars, professional development courses, and presentations-understand critical terms and concepts related to copyright and intellectual property and the obligations of content creators under U.S. law. This resource also includes sections on obtaining permission, citing resources, and using materials in the public domain.By signing the AIHA Copyright Agreement Form, AIHA content creators guarantee that they have read the Copyright Guidance Document, understand their obligations under copyright laws, and have obtained appropriate permissions to use any copyrighted material that appears in or with connection to content they created for AIHA. Signatories also agree to provide written proof of any permissions they have obtained and correct citations of the materials they have used. This helps AIHA confirm that content distributed and sold by the Association is permissible under U.S. copyright law.------------------------------
